Its apple season where we live and we've been making applesauce as hard as we can from friends and neighbors who have mature apple trees that are producing. https://amzn.to/3XzLDqf We bought this manual applesauce and tomato strainer and its been an absolute game changer. Its amazing how fast we can make apple sauce now. No peeling or coring with this thing. I dropped the link above if you're interested in the one we use. We make ours with just lemon juice (to add acidity for canning and to keep the applesauce from turning brown) and apples. No added sugar and the kids love it.
