ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីការទូតអាហារកម្ពុជា --- នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សុខ ចិន្តាសោភា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ នៅក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គ បណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី ការទូតអាហារកម្ពុជា ក្រោមមូលបទ «ការលើកកម្ពស់មិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ តាមរយៈម្ហូបអាហារ» នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះត្រូវបានសហការរៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ និងមូលនិធិអាស៊ីប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ១៩-២១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងខេត្តកំពត។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ មានគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយម្ហូបអាហារខ្មែរ និងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់មន្ត្រីការទូតបរទេសនៅកម្ពុជា ទទួលបានបទពិសោធន៍នៃការធ្វើម្ហូបខ្មែរដំបូង រួមទាំងបន្ថែមនូវចំណេះដឹងដល់ពួកគាត់អំពីវប្បធម៌ម្ហូបអាហារកម្ពុជា ពោលគឺ ភាពពិសេសប្លែកពីគេ ភាពល្អឥតខ្ចោះ និងកេរដំណែលមរតកម្ហូបអាហារខ្មែរមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបានរាប់ពាន់ឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ កម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏ផ្តល់នូវកាលានុវត្តភាពដ៏ល្អសម្រាប់ការលើកកម្ពស់មិត្តភាព និងផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងអង្គទូតបរទេសនៅកម្ពុជាជាមួយប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ Deputy Prime Minister opens Training Course on Cambodian Culinary Diplomacy --- On the morning of 19 September 2024, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the Opening Ceremony of the Training Course at the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) on "Cambodian Culinary Diplomacy: Promoting Friendship and Cooperation Through Foods", ​to be held from 19 to 21 September 2024, in Phnom Penh and Kampot Province. The Training course was co-organised by the NIDIR and the Asia Foundation Cambodia. In addition to promoting Khmer cuisine, the training aims to increase the knowledge of foreign diplomats stationed in Cambodia about the country's food culture, especially with regard to the sophistication, distinctiveness, and innumerable legacies of the country's millennium-old culinary heritage. ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ទទួលជួបឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនូវែលសេឡង់ --- នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សុខ ចិន្តាសោភា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលការចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងាររបស់ឯកឧត្តម Jonathan Kings ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតនូវែលសេឡង់ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងបាងកក នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ ចិន្តាសោភា បានស្វាគមន៍ និងអរគុណឯកឧត្តម Jonathan Kings ដែលបានអញ្ជើញមកធ្វើបាឋកថា នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិការទូត និងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្ដរជាតិ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ “ខួប ៦៥ឆ្នាំ នៃទំនាក់ទំនងកម្ពុជា-នូវែលសេឡង់ និងអាទិភាពនៃគោលនយោបាយការបរទេសនូវែលសេឡង់។ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានរំលឹកឡើងវិញពីជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កាជាមួយឯកឧត្តម ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី Winston Peters រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេសនូវែលសេឡង់ កាលពីខែកក្កដា នៅទីក្រុងវៀងចន្ទន៍។ ឯកឧត្ដមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះជំនួយរបស់នូវែលសេឡង់ និងបានស្នើឱ្យភាគីនូវែលសេឡង់ឱ្យធ្វើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយកម្ពុជាបន្ថែមទៀតលើវិស័យកសិកម្ម ការកែច្នៃកសិផល និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ធនធានមនុស្ស ព្រមទាំងស្នើភាគីនូវែលសេឡង់រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាធុរកិច្ច នៅក្នុងរាជ/រដ្ឋធានីណាមួយនៃប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ាន ដែលមានធរុជនជនជាតិនូវែលសេឡង់ច្រើន ដោយមានតំណាងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីកាលានុវត្តភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត បានកត់សម្គាល់ដោយការពេញចិត្តជាខ្លាំងចំពោះទំនាក់ទំនង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អរវាងកម្ពុជា និងនូវែលសេឡង់ និងបានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការលើកកម្ពស់បន្ថែមទៀតនូវទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរទាំងពីរដើម្បីផលប្រយោជន៍រួម។ ភាគីទាំងពីរ ក៏បានពិភាក្សាស្ដីពីទំនាក់ទំនងដៃគូសន្ទនាអាស៊ាន-នូវែលសេឡង់ ព្រមទាំងបញ្ហាតំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិដែលជាកង្វល់រួម ផងដែរ៕ Deputy Prime Minister receives a courtesy call from New Zealand’s envoy --- On 18 September 2024, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister SOK Chenda Sophea, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from His Excellency Jonathan Kings, Ambassador of New Zealand to the Kingdom of Cambodia with Residence in Bangkok, at the Ministry. His Excellency SOK Chenda Sophea welcomed and thanked His Excellency Jonathan Kings for delivering a lecture on “65 Years of Cambodia-New Zealand Relations and New Zealand’s Policy Priorities” at National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations. The Deputy Prime Minister recalled the productive meeting with His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand, in July in Vientiane. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his deep thanks to New Zealand for its assistance and suggested that the two countries work together more in the areas of agriculture, agro-processing, and human resource development. Additionally, the Deputy Prime Minister suggested that New Zealand hold business seminars in any of the ASEAN member states where a large number of New Zealanders could attend and hear from representatives of the Council for the Development of Cambodia about trade and investment opportunities in Cambodia. The deputy prime minister and the Ambassador expressed their delight with the positive working relationship and mutually beneficial relationship between Cambodia and New Zealand, and they emphasized the need to continue building on this relationship. នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ូក សោភ័ណ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងវេទិកាធុរកិច្ចរវាងប្រតិភូ Gumball 3000 និងវិស័យឯកជន និងពិធីលៀងសាយភោជន៍ ជូនប្រតិភូ Gumball 3000 ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព​ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី អនុប្រធានទី១ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា ដែលរៀបចំឡេីងនៅបរិវេនខាងមុខប្រាសាទបាយ័ន។ នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ ទី១៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ូក សោភ័ណ អមដោយក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលការទូតសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ក៏បានចូលរួមជូនដំណើរប្រតិភូ Gumball 3000 ចាកចេញទៅប្រទេសថៃ តាមច្រកទ្វារអន្តរជាតិប៉ោយប៉ែត។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏មហោឡារិកនេះបានប្រព្រឹិត្តិទៅដោយរលូន និងទទួលបានការកោតសរសើរខ្ពស់ពីសំណាក់សាធារណជនក្នុងស្រុក និងអន្តរជាតិ។ On 16 September 2024, H.E. OUK Sorphorn, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooporation, participated in the Business Forum between Gumball 3000 delegates and private sector representatives, and the Gala Dinner presided over by H.E. Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia. These events were held at Bayon Temple. In the following afternoon of 17 September 2024, H.E. OUK Sorphorn, accompanied by the Economic Diplomacy Coordinating Group, bid farewell to the Gumball 3000 delegates who were departing to Thailand through the Poipet International Border Checkpoint. Mr. KAN Pharidh, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, chaired an inter-ministerial meeting on Artificial Intelligence at the Ministry, with participation of H.E. General POR Phak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Interior, H.E. KHOV Makara, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and H.E. Major General MAO Vibol, Under Secretary of State of the Ministry of National Defense. The meeting discussed the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, benefits and challenges of AI as well as the use of AI in civil and military contexts.  #Cambodia #MFAIC #AI
