It means to speak God's Word of power to alter the circumstances of your life, to align your life to be in consistency with God's Word, His plans and purposes for you. Many are defeated because they do not speak into their own lives, so anything just happens around them. They are hardly in control of what happens. Some others also speak the wrong words into their lives, and those words take them to ground zero. Refuse to be in a difficult quandary. If circumstances are terrible, it is only through speaking God's Word (prophecy) into those circumstances that a change can occur in our favour. In prophecy, we are saying what He has already said about our lives and the circumstances of our lives in His Word.There is power in what we say because we say it in the same way God has said it. Check what Apostle Paul said about we having the same spirit of faith according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak"(2 Corinthians 4:13). Apostle Paul lets us understand that it is because God believed and spoke, we too by virtue of the same spirit, can believe and speak those things God has said. In Hebrews 13:5-6 another reality of prophecy is unveiled. It says "...for He had said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. So that we may boldly say. The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do". Mighty one,make an intentional decision today to daily prophesy your way to glory. Take time daily to minister to your life and circumstances. Talk to your body; tell it that it is quickened by the Spirit of God unto life and health. Speak into your advancement in life; that you are walking in unending light and wisdom. Don't leave your life to chance; frame the kind of life you desire. [She had read a scripture from the book of Colossians 1:17] This is one of the scriptures that has turned my life around, granting me a clearer picture of what the mind of God is for me and for all His children. It has been a very common message in the church up until now, that believers must trust God to fulfill His promises to them. [She went on] Funny enough, they emphasize on very secondary promises such as a job, school, or marriage. I don't downplay the importance of these things as they are to many people; however, there are higher promises that are not even promised to us but already fulfilled. It is in these higher realities that other promises or blessings are found. The verse I read shows us a profound reality that all things whatsoever are held up together and consist in Him. In this new dispensation, we are to access all of God's promises in Christ. When you got born again, the divine virtues were fulfilled in your life. You therefore have no reason to do any additional thing to cause Him to fulfill His promises in your life. The disciples of Jesus once asked Him, “ *What shall we do that we might work the works of God* ?” To which He replied “ *This is the work of God, to believe in whom He hath sent” (John 6:28-29).* Young Ancient, this is the work of God, it is simply to believe in Christ whom He has sent. You don't have to do anything to appease God to fulfill His promises to you, they are all part of the Christ package. And notice another profound thing; if you really believe in Christ, He will be your reason for doing the right things. You can't truly believe in Christ and act contrarily to His ways. With that said, believing will activate all the promises of God as they are held up together in Christ.Never lose your faith and belief in Christ Jesus. He considered the glory of the galaxies, and he could see the finger of God displayed in the entire universe. He then questioned the eternal order of things; ‘what is man’? Young Ancient, what is man? That question opened his heart to the reality that Almighty God, with all the glories in the galaxies and all the mountains that shudder at His presence, has His heart focused on Man, that He should even consider fellowshipping with him. Mind you, David was not asking this question just to praise God, He actually wanted to find out what value man is to God, and why God will be constantly determined to visit him and have fellowship with him. He wanted to know what secret God had placed in his heart concerning man. Bingo! David had finally found His answer revealed in Psalm 67:2. David actually grasped what God had in his heart concerning man and it was called the eternal purpose; *Send us around the world with the news of your saving power and your eternal plan for all mankind. TLB* So when David asked ‘what is Man’? He was answered by God, and he was answered with a revelation of God‟s plan for mankind that he now wanted to tell the whole world about his discovery. This discovery is God‟s eternal purpose. Man is not just a piece of sand like people have merely called it; many of them have never discovered their true element according to God's plan. Essentially, that is why Jesus came, and that is why the gospel of Jesus is given to men. God's desire has always been to reconcile man back to himself. Though many have other agendas even after their retirement, such as philanthropic duties, they really aren't enough for the purposes of the age to come. In a youthful age as this,we are being trained in order to be proven worthy of reigning with Christ in the age to come. Did you pay close attention to the scripture above?The patriarchs of faith saw this world as a stranger's land and that their only involvement here was to influence for the purposes of God to be established here. They literally disassociated themselves from the cares of this world but only lived for the cause of the Lord; it is of these kinds it can be referred to as those who pitched their tents at the borders of the earth. You need the same kind of conviction and call even greater than those who set the pace for us just like those in the faith hall of fame or even the first century church. It will be to our disadvantage as soldiers of the cross to be entangled in matters of this world. There must be an effort by you in these last days to pitch your tents as well at the borders of the earth.Thus,live out of this world. Question now is why at the borders of the earth?Right at the borders of the earth is the meeting and joining points between Heaven and earth, it is the ascension point between heaven and earth; a point where there is complete separation of heart and mind from this earth but united with Heaven. Live daily as a stranger called to bless and impart your world. Did you check out the opening verse? Fear is never from God. So what does it mean when you allow fear to set in? You allow a different spirit, never willed of God to take over. Fear has the ability to grip the heart and paralyse the soul, rendering one helpless,overwhelmed, and in bondage . Some who could have been the greatest heroes of faith were bounded by the spirit of fear and were rendered unfulfilled in their earth walk. This has remained the devil's most effective and destructive weapon from his arsenal, and he seems to be unleashing it the more as we approach the end of the age. For all the things the Lord packaged and designed for you,fear was never included. As much of the power of God we allow in our lives, by walking in the highest dimension of love He has demonstrated as well as growing in sound mind,we will by thus be sure to maintain an attitude of faith,as the whole world experiences the massive sweeping of fear. Don't incubate a spirit God didn't give you. You will not like what it will turn out eventually .You have to talk yourself out of being afraid. You would easily notice that things are not clear to see, and you would have to manage your way through the path. Now, just imagine another cloth is added to the previous one; you will begin to notice an increased difficulty, and you will literally be groping as though you are in the dark.Then imagine a third cloth is placed on the two, then a fourth and fifth. At this time, you are sure to see nothing at all in the path; this is a demonstration of being blind even when you have your eyes. Young Ancient, this is a spiritual condition many are in on their journey of faith. The reason many haven't made substantial progress and are still where they are is as a result of multiple veils that they've allowed to cover their hearts. Unforgiveness, pride, and fear are some of these spiritual heart diseases. If there is a veil over your heart,the question that remains is what image of Christ are you viewing? These veils block the heart from having the best contact with the glory of God. These veils turn what we behold into a distorted image of Christ because we see a different image through those veils. The good news is that,these heart diseases and veils can be treated. The more we do away with these spiritual heart diseases by looking unto the glory of God through His Word, the more our heart undergoes a purging. How can God reach out to you if you have built up walls of pride,anger,bitterness, fear and the likes against people and in essence Him? Mind you,the devil can never posses a Christian but he can surely oppress a Christian who allows him to. Take off every veil! Don't for a second allow pride, bitterness or fear to set in, for you can't afford to be viewing a distorted image of Christ. 𝕊ℍ𝕆𝕌𝕋 𝕀𝕋 𝕆𝕌𝕋 Father,I am amazed at your glory daily.
