Bad news: Judge denies the motion. It's a long opinion but she said that the right to challenge the conviction was waived and that we didn't raise a Substantial legal issue. (Copied, not my words) Now we appeal.... again

That's 2 people this week released by this Judge. First guy had the same charge plus 5 misdemeanors https://www.newsweek.com/judge-releases-january-6-protester-patrick-stedman-1945822

Not sure if this is a person of note, just posting here anything I can. I don't have all the details but the Judge who sentenced the Nicks has just released a guy- last name Lyons who had 5 misdemeanors along with the 1512 charge. I don't know how long this guys was fighting through, but he's out and we're still looking for answers and waiting. 👊

I'm sorry I've been quiet on this. It's so hard to explain what's happening. My days are very difficult lately. NO ONE really knows what's happening, including the lawyer. What we do know is that what they're doing is vindictive and wrong and they're treating them differently than others with the same charge who are already OUT. They're telling me I shouldn't say anything too publicly (voicing our anger and how wrong this is) about it yet. Yesterday they made up a new deadline of august 9 to make a decision whether to let them out temporarily or not. Thanks everyone for keeping them/us in prayer, in mind, and heart.💕
