A Delhi-based law firm is looking to recruit an Associate to work on secondment with a prestigious autonomous statutory body. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel on corporate contracts to the statutory body. Your contributions will play a crucial role in safeguarding Government interests and ensuring strict adherence to policy frameworks in contracts between the Government and private entities. Candidate Profile: 1. 4-5 years of prior experience in corporate advisory work and contract review, red-lining of contract and contract management. 2.
