You are cordially invited to the public seminar on "How well are we doing in term of economic development" to be delivered by HE. Dr. THUN Vathana, Chairman of Commission on Economy, Finance, Banking and Auditing of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, from 2:00PM-4:00 PM, August 26, 2024 at Hall B, NUM Main Campus. HE. Dr. THUN Vathana began in 1996 as a teacher at the Royal University of Agriculture, and he has since gained extensive experience across public, development, and private sectors. Notable roles include Research Manager at the Cambodia Development Resource Institute, Research Head and Adviser at Angkor Mikroheranhvatho Kampuchea Co. Ltd, and President of both the Prek Leap National Institute of Agriculture and the Rector Council of Cambodia. HE. Dr. Thun, an agricultural economist, holds a doctorate from Nagoya University, a master’s from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, and a bachelor's from the Royal University of Agriculture. I am inspired and thankful for the opportunity to be involved in the organization of a consultative workshop on the “Establishment of the School of Public Policy” at NUM Veal Sbov Campus on 15 August 2024 with honorary participants and contributions from His Excellencies, distinguish guests speakers and professors from Australia, Cambodia, France, Japan and Germany, government officials who are representatives from 10 ministries and governmental institutions, and top management of national and international organization.
