Training opportunity for fresh graduates
If you haven't had the opportunity to take the (DAAP) Dereja Academy Accelerator Program! A 3-month, free training for graduates to gain job-ready skills and you're interested in pursuing it, we have planned to offer city-based DAAP training programs. The training will be conducted in the following cities, hosted by the respective universities:

Dereja Academy Accelerator Program Resident based training registration form 2024 GC (የደረጃ አካዳሚ አክስለሬተር ፕሮግራም ስልጠና መመዝገቢያ ቅጽ)
መመዝገብያ ነዉ:: What is Dereja Academy Accelerator Program (DAAP)? የደረጃ አካደሚ ስልጠና ምንድን ነው ? DAAP is a 3-month accelerator program built for graduating year students to equip them with the skills required in the job market. የደረጃ አካደሚ ለስራው አለም ብቁ የሚያደርጉ ክህሎቶችን የምትቀስሙበት ስልጠና ነዉ። ስልጠናው በዋናነት ሶስት ክፍሎች አሉት። እነርሱም ፦ 1. የህይወት ክህሎት ስልጠና (Soft skill training) 2. ከምናስመርጣችሁ ወደ 7 አካባቢሚሆኑ ኮርሶች የምትወስዱት ኦንላይን ስልጠና (Online Professional Skill courses) 3. በወሰዳችኋቸው ኮርሶች ላይ በሚሰሩ የረዥም ጊዜ ልምድ ያላቸው ባለሙያዎች (Career Guidance) ስልጠና ናቸው። የስልጠናው ፕሮግራም ለ3 ወራት የሚቆይ ሲሆን በስልጠናዉ ማብቂያ ላይም የምስክር ወረቀት Certificate የሚሰጥ ይሆናል።
