THIS WEEK‘S MOVEMENT CLASSES ✨ Tues 3rd Sept 18-19.15 MiQ Experience w. Ranah Music led movement experience cancelled Wed 4th Sept 18-19.15 Artificial floors w. Susanne Integrating principles from hands-on somatic practices and translating them into space, we will make use of breath, voice and touch to explore with our dancing bodies how we relate to the ground, how we orientate ourselves in space, how we gaze, how we attend to each other. Within improvisational frames we question notions of support and resources suggesting a playful approach to risk and trust.
