Don’t Judge - My dear panic (Official lyrics video) I decided to devote my first song to anxiety, panic attacks and everything like that. I remember how I could not breathe and sincerely believed that this time it was not PA, but I was really dying. But it, like all PAs before, is over. I promised myself that I wouldn’t believe it anymore, and the next morning another one happened and I believed it again. At that moment I realized that this is an endless cycle and you will never understand in the moment that this is a panic, not a heart attack. I wrote this song at a time when I had one of the worst panic attacks in my life. When it ended I started crying and did not know what to do, nothing helped me and my last hope was to give everything to a sheet of paper. That helped. I didn’t get rid of them, but it really did feel better for me. This song became my symbol of farewell to panic.
