Uyquning ijobiy tomonlari esa deyarli ko'zga ko'rinmaydi, ammo bugun men 4 haftalik rejimga solingan uyqu menga maqsadlarimdan biri bo'lgan vazn yig'ish uchun katta yordam berganini his qildim. 4 hafta davomida qariyb 8 kilogramm vazn yig'dim va bu men kabi vazn yig'ish yo'lida yurganlar uchun foydali ma'lumot deb o'ylayman. Soat 22:00 dan 4:00 gacha kamida 6 soat uxlashni odat qiling.
