学习了一波，感觉责任主体更多是使用开源软件的人，而不是写开源软件的人，那感觉还行。
不过以防万一，以后可以在项目中添加以下声明：禁止受《网络安全法》管辖的软件服务使用本开源软件，如有软件因滥用本开源软件导致开源软件作者承担法律责任，则开源软件作者有权向滥用软件者追究法律责任。
开源软件有漏洞，作者需要负责吗？是的！
开源软件许可协议通常会表明作者不对用户使用该开源软件所造成的任何问题负责。但是！这种条款，在中国，是违法的
