Hope to be able to give more info once we get there. So I have had a lot of time to think about things and figure I will let people know little by little some of the things that went on in pretrial applications and the trial. We all know the envelope story. You know the one where the lawyers said the crowns needed to be criminally investigated and criminally charged, that innocence was at stake, that unlawful advice was given to the RCMP, evidence was tampered with and more. We know these things even with the lawyers beating around the bush, because we the accused, were not allowed to know exactly what was in the paperwork they saw, because after being caught the crown claimed client solicitor evidence. People likely don't know that the judge said the Department of Justice needed to be notified to have a lawyer present for the RCMP. You also may not know the Department of Justice elected to not send a lawyer because they didn't feel their client needed a lawyer present. What does this tell us? We can only guess, but I'm sure we can put a good guess into why. My guess is the crown prosecutors solely have something to fear. I smell a coverup on two fronts!!!! Once I know more and get settled in Drumheller I will let people know how things are and share more information of what went on in this sham the crowns have put Canada through.I hope to be able to do podcasts soon and will advise when I know more.
