🔐 Whitelist by NRIC/FIN/UEN 🆕 Whitelist respondents based on NRIC/FIN or organisation UEN. If a respondent is not whitelisted, they will not be able to submit. Respondents will receive an error message after Singpass authentication. This is an optional feature, only available for Storage mode forms that have Singpass enabled. To enable this setting, please temporarily close your form to new responses if it is currently open.

🆕 PDF responses for respondents in Storage mode forms! Previously, the option to send PDF responses was only available for Email mode forms. Now, we've expanded PDF responses to Storage mode forms as well! If both the "Email Confirmation" and "Include PDF Response" options are enabled, your respondents can receive a PDF copy after submission.

🔐 Limit each unique NRIC/FIN/UEN to 1 submission per form 🆕 If a respondent has already submitted using their NRIC/FIN/UEN, they will not be able to submit again. Respondents attempting a second submission will receive an error message. This is an optional feature, only available for Singpass + Storage mode forms. Only submissions after 15 Jul will count. To enable this setting, please temporarily close your form to new responses.

🚫 NRIC masking feature is no longer supported. 🔐 NRIC/FIN masking for Singpass enabled forms 🆕 You can now optionally mask NRICs in Singpass settings, so only the last 4 characters are displayed on your form and collated in the CSV results. e.g. S7914578N appears as *****578N In order to enable the setting, your form must be temporarily closed to new responses.
