❗️5 Minute Reminder: The MancFurs walk to Sackville Gardens!❗ For your benefit, the grass is wet so it is best to stick to the paved path. MancFurs Staff and Volunteers will lead the way to ensure a safe road crossing towards the gardens

📢 14/09/2024 MEET INFO: The air's getting surprisingly colder and the nights feel like they're drawing in. It’s felt like ages but we are back this weekend - we’ve missed you all! Venue: Our venue for this meet is The Church, Canal Street. It's about a 5 min walk from Piccadilly station When: 14th September from 12:00 to 17:00 (5:00pm) Weather: It looks as if it’s going to be overcast but dry. Even though the temperature is dropping remember to be safe while suiting to prevent overheating! Walk: Today it will be 14:00 (2pm). The weather forecast looks good, but we'll check ground conditions on the day just to make sure it's not too muddy --------------------------- Meet Rules: Attendees must 18+ to attend, please bring valid UK ID. 💳 ❗Please be aware that The Church does not take Citizens Cards as ID. Your best bet is any form of driver's licence (provisional also works!) or a passport. We have made some changes to your dress code - please refer to our website for more details! https://www.mancfurs.org.uk Attendees not abiding by the dress code will be reminded by staff, but may result in being asked to vacate from the event. If you have any questions/need clarification of items, please reach out to a member of staff and we’ll confirm for you! Lounge: Only water is permitted in the lounge. No photos/videos in the lounge. Any incidents of such may result in a permanent ban. The lounge closes at 17:00, if you do not remove your belongings from it by then, it will be considered lost and found. Hello MancFurs! 👋 Just one week to go before our next meet! We're so pumped to welcome you all back! 🎉 We have some exciting news for you all! We are now in the early stages of registering MancFurs as an official entity. This change won't affect the day-to-day running of the meet, but means we'll be able to run bigger and more diverse events! Our monthly meets will remain free for all; with the possibility that larger, future events could be ticketed - allowing us to pay for larger venues, security and more. Another change to our meets comes following community feedback. Many in the community have given highly positive feedback about the presense of pup hoods at our MancFurs x Animalz Summer Party... so we will be continuing to allow them at MancFurs! Additionally, we will be changing our rules about harnesses, so they can be worn at the meets - allowing all styles of harness, but upholding our restrictions on the materials permitted at the meet (Fabric / Neoprene harnesses only - no latex, leather, rope, etc...) Of course, our code of conduct still stands - so please act appropriately when wearing pup hoods and harnesses!
