Whalen details the Department of Justice's involvement in the prioritized protection of homosexual pride events and how that relates to the charges brought against Patriot Front in 2022. He also discusses the fraudulent activity of the North Idaho Pride Alliance, which applied for security grants from FEMA following the arrest of 31 PF members. Whalen elaborates on the dismissal of Thomas Rousseau's case due to prosecutorial misconduct and the subsequent rejection of the prosecution's appeal. Additionally, he details the amount of wasted resources that went into prosecuting all 31 PF members:

"According to public records, these gentlemen spent over 2,000 hours pursuing these cases as of September 2023, and a rough estimate of taxpayers' monies spent is around 2-4 million dollars."
