🔴#HÈMITHORAX DROIT BLANC RÉTRACTIL 🔴#GLISSEMENT GAUCHE GLISSE DANS L'HÉMITHORAX DROIT. ✅️#DIAGNOSTIC : PNEUMECTOMIE DROITE. 🟡#RIGHT WHITE RETRACTILE HEMITHORAX . 🟡#LEFT SLIDE SLIDES INTO THE RIGHT HEMITHORAX. ✅️#DIAGNOSTIC: RIGHT PNEUMECTOMY.

🔴#Radiologiques bilatérales a type d'opacités hilaires grossierement ovalaire a grande axe vertical 5 cm a droite 4 cm a gauche Dense homogéne a limite interne cofondue avec le mediastin et limites externes polycyclique (polylobées). ✅#Diagnostic_radiologique: Adénopathies hilaires. ✅#Diagnostic_Etiologie: 1️⃣ sarcoïdose stade 1. 2️⃣tuberculose. 3️⃣lymphome. 4️⃣metastase 🟡#Bilateral radiological type of roughly oval hilar opacities with a large vertical axis 5 cm on the right 4 cm on the left Dense homogeneous with internal limit merged with the mediastinum and polycyclic external limits (polylobed). ✅#Radiological_diagnosis: Hilar adenopathies. ✅#Etiology_Diagnosis: 1️⃣ sarcoidosis stage 1. 2️⃣tuberculosis. 3️⃣lymphoma. 4️⃣metastasis

🔴𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶: ✅Le signe de Chilaïditi est caractérisé par l'interposition d'une portion de l'intestin, le plus souvent le côlon, entre le foie et la coupole diaphragmatique droite. ✅Il pose le problème de diagnostic différentiel avec le pneumopéritoine, d'où sa seconde appellation: #pseudo_pneumopéritoine. ✅ Une bonne connaissance de ce signe permet d'éviter des gestes diagnostiques et/ou thérapeutiques inutiles. 🟡𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲: ✅ Chilaïditi's sign is characterized by the interposition of a portion of the intestine, most often the colon, between the liver and the right diaphragmatic dome. ✅ It poses the problem of differential diagnosis with pneumoperitoneum, hence its second name: pseudo pneumoperitoneum. ✅ A good knowledge of this sign helps to avoid unnecessary diagnostic and / or therapeutic gestures.

🔴#Élargissement de l'aorte thoracique descendante avec déroulement de l'aorte. ☑#Diagnostic: Anévrisme de l'aorte thoracique. 🟡#Enlargement of the descending thoracic aorta with unwinding of the aorta. ☑#Diagnosis: Thoracic aortic aneurysm.

🔴#lésions cavitaires et infiltrantes bilatéral. ✅ #Diagnostic: Tuberculose pulmonaire. 🟡#cavitary and infiltrating lesions bilateral. ✅ #Diagnosis: Pulmonary tuberculosis.
