“You will never get to see fifty foot statues of warlords and emperors or feel the triumph of conquest. You will never see man live as the ancients dreamed he would, all because a couple of rats tunneled their way into positions of power. They said the past is wrong. They said invaders should have your land. They said its ok to embrace apathy. You are a victim of the technocracy, of an abuse named ‘civility’. You have been robbed of a fulfilling earnest life.” Mike Ma, Harassment Architecture Left : A pencil drawing of Arno Breker’s statue “Der Fackelträger” / “Die Partei” - The Torchbearer / The Party. Center : A pencil drawing of The Doryphoros (Greek : Δορυφόρος “Spear-Bearer”) of Polykleitos, after a reconstruction by Georg Roemer created in 1920. Right : A pencil drawing of Arno Breker’s statue “Der Schwertträger” / “Die Wehrmacht” - The Sword Bearer / The Army. © 2024 P-S Lindblom

TRUTH ALWAYS TRIUMPHS In the end, truth always wins, not because it’s a moral choice, but because it’s an immutable aspect of reality. A pencil drawing of the Quadriga (a chariot pulled by four horses) sculpture on top of The Brandenburg Gate. The sculpture, depicting a two-wheeled chariot pulled by four horses running side by side, was meant to symbolize peace entering the city. The horses’ reins are held by Victoria, the goddess of victory. The Brandenburg Gate (German: Brandenburger Tor) is an 18th-century neoclassical monument in Berlin, built between 1788 and 1791 based on designs by Carl Gotthard Langhans the Elder, who was strongly inspired by the Propylaea of the Athenian Acropolis. © 2022 P-S LINDBLOM
