TOGETHER CAMPAIGN AGAINST PROPOSED NEW NORTHERN IRELAND PUBLIC HEALTH ACT
The NI government is consulting on a new Public Health Bill which would give the authorities the power to impose quarantines and other measures and bring legislation into alignment with the World Health Organisation’s notorious International Health Regulations, including:
- “require a person to vaccinated” (sic)
- “be detained in a hospital or other suitable establishment”
- require “that the person abstain from working”
- Government “right to enter any premises”
It is VITAL that ordinary people make their voices heard – these new measures would give the authorities the ability to exercise even more power than they did with Covid.
