Healthy eating habits are essential for maintaining overall well-being as it provides necessary nutrients for the body. For example, proper breakfast, lunch and dinner enable a person to be energetic enough during the day, and with enough energy, they can deal with their daily jobs, whether, it is study or work. Studies have shown that workers with proper daily intake perform better than those skipping breakfast, or lunch. Additionally, eating healthily can reduce the risk of chronic diseases. It means that unhealthy eating can cause various types of diseases which may continue for a long time. In fact, a number of fast food consumers complain weight-related problems, and diabetes. Therefore, doctors suggest them control over their eating habits daily, instead of prescribing them some drugs. Lastly, following daily eating habits can improve a personβs mental health and mood. Staying dehydrated can allow them to be concentrated while working or studying as they cannot be interrupted by unstable mental and emotional changes, which can be witnessed in those with unproperly daily intake. For those reasons, a healthy diet is highly recommended by many nutritionists and psychologists.
