A few important additions to note here: 1. I have it on good authority that my suspicion about the method used to digitize the evidence is not necessarily warranted. It apparently isn't uncommon, at least in some cases, to take photos rather than scans of documents. 2. It came to my attention after recording that there was an attempt on July 5th to release Hale's documents. This was denied in court, and apparently at behest of the victim's families, who were given copyright of the documents in a move to make them unable to be obtained through the Tennessee Public Records Act. https://thehill.com/homenews/4757291-judge-rejects-requests-release-nashville-school-shooters-writings/ It is my personal opinion that these families were contacted by the Community Relations Service of the DOJ, who we know reach out to victims of anti-White crime and coach them in "proper" response to the media and public to reduce backlash.
