During the effective period of the Typhoon Signal No.8: - Delivery service will be suspended - Prioritize your safety before you decide to continue to deliver the order or not - Please do NOT proceed to the restaurant for pick-up if you haven't done so and cancel the order Please contact the CS team if needed (including request for order cancellation). In the meanwhile, to ensure the safety of couriers, during the effective period of the Black Rainstorm Signal, if the order cannot be delivered before the "Rewarded Delivery Time" or the order needs to be cancelled, couriers are NOT required to submit an appeal for any "Delay" or "Canceled Order" violations, we will void the violation based on the effective period on the next working day.
