The price manipulation is ending. Right now the fake price of silver in the west is being called out by the Chinese metals exchange by offering 15% over the comex/LBMA price. In other words: If you need to trade with China you can pay then in USD at face value, or you can pay then in physical silver and get a 15% discount (and they get to accumulate physical metals right before the reset).
