The Falcon 9 rocket launch left a spectacular trail in the sky over San Diego County 🚀 The setting sun illuminated the expanding hot gases, creating a picturesque scene.

In the early Universe, just 500 million years after the Big Bang, astronomers discovered a supermassive black hole 🌌 Its mass of about 10 million solar masses was unexpectedly large for such an early period. This black hole, found in the UHZ1 galaxy, is surprising because its mass is comparable to the mass of all other matter in the galaxy.

Sarah Gillies, a crew member of the Polaris Dawn spacecraft, performed the melody "Rey's Theme" from "Star Wars" by composer John Williams 🎧 on the violin. The performance was accompanied by an orchestra from Earth, connected via the Starlink satellite network.

Astrophysicists have discovered planet 2MASS J2126-8140, a trillion kilometres away from its star ☀️ It is the largest planetary system in the Universe known to us. The distance between the star and the planet is 169 times the distance between Pluto and the Sun. One year on this planet lasts 900,000 Earth years.

Tourists went into outer space for the first time thanks to the SpaceX flight. The first to leave the ship was billionaire Jared Isaacman, followed by company engineer Sarah Gillies. The crew climbed to an altitude above 700 kilometres from Earth - that's twice as far beyond the ISS orbit. Crew members will test spacesuits with projection displays.

The launch of the EscaPADE mission, organised by NASA, has been postponed 🚀 The EscaPADE mission includes two probes developed by Rocket Lab that are designed to study the magnetosphere and atmosphere of Mars. The postponement of the launch is due to the limitations of the ballistic window for a mission to Mars, which is narrow and does not allow for flexible launch planning.
