Oddly sometimes there are more votes cast than eligible voters. Did so many people vote at home and then hurry to their vacation home to vote again? Did college students vote at school then hurry back home to vote again? Did the dead rise and go to the polls? No. The electronic voting machines, using electronic voter rolls containing people no longer legally able to cast a vote (and perhaps existing on the rolls just long enough to "vote"), cast electronic votes for whomever the powers that be decided needed to win. Not just for President, but even down slate races for governors, congressmen, and judges. Possibly even the Census (to redraw congressional districts). I am deeply concerned about all the new “immigrant” information being available to the electronic voting process. Case in point. The NE Secretary of State Voter Registration Statistics website https://sos.nebraska.gov/elections/voter-registration-statistics posts the number of registered voters on a monthly basis with 2019-2024 data being available. Reviewing the records for 2020, for example, there were approximately 29,000 voters added to the rolls in the 2 months leading up to the general election. In February of 2021, approximately 27,000 voters were removed from the rolls. I am most curious to know how many of the 27,000 were included in the 29,000. ALL digital data is subject to manipulation. Voter rolls should NOT be electronic. In some states they have tried to clear those no longer eligible to vote off the voter rolls, and have even done so, but the rolls remained in electronic form. The electronic rolls were soon repopulated with invalid data.

Some thoughts for the hearing from a friend: One of the first things I learned in computer class is that computers work because every bit of data is accessible. This is also the greatest challenge to data security. If it is in there, it can be accessed. Essentially, there is no such thing as data security. All digital data can be manipulated. "What about encryption? Even blockchain?" Any code or formula devised by man can be broken by man. Any generated by AI can be discovered by AI. It is merely a digital arms race where the goal is to stay one step ahead of your adversary. There are many adversaries. Some seek riches or fame or havoc. Some seek power. One way to gain power, to rule over others and coerce or force them to do your bidding, is to gain political power. Here in the USA political position is gained thru the election process where candidates run for political office and hope to receive enough votes to win. But what if you cannot convince others to go along with you? In South America dictators began using electronic voting machines to ensure the results of their elections. While the people were perhaps dissatisfied, they knew that they voted, and they waited to vote the bad guy out the next time. Oddly, he won again. And conditions got progressively worse in their country.
