I cannot stress how important it is we try to keep walks and time outside short this next few days, especially in the south UK. Tell your families it is going to Chuck it down with rain and show them an old app clip if you have to!
Carry a snack and a drink like juice or fizzy electrolytes with you incase you get a blood sugar drop. It is a good rescue.

Thunderstorm close to south/south east this afternoon.
Warnings for severe 'danger to life' storms in the south/south west tomorrow with lightning and hail.
Please stay in during storms if you can. Always keep a snack in your pocket or bag when out as your blood sugar levels may be affected.
People further up the country may also feel the effects.
Other effects include: migraine, neurological symptoms, palpitations, heart issues, breathing issues, asthma, digestive and kidney issues.
Seek medical help if needed, stay hydrated.

Remnants of three days gas are being spread over a much bigger system so will not be as effective… that’s a good thing.
Watch out for stomach upsets and persistent non productive coughs, may be bacterial.

Did you know that Coca Cola contains phosphoric acid?
The acid has a phosphate group.
Arsenate mimics phosphate.
So when the Olympic triathletes drank Coca Cola to stave off E.Coli from the river in Paris …
They were drinking something that would help neutralise the effects of arsenic.
E.Coli bacteria are notoriously arsenic resistant.
How long has Coca Cola had phosphoric acid in the recipe?
There are quite a few drinks out there with taurine in too.
Taurine breaks arsenic bonds from cells, allowing it to be flushed out of the body.
