Now you can also alter this workout as per your needs. For legs you can replace push ups with Squats or any variation of squats and follow the same pattern.
You can alter it as per your strength. If you are too weak, you can start with 15 push ups, then go to 13, 11, 9, 7 and back again, or you can do knee push ups which are easier than normal ones.
If your strength is more than that, you can begin with 30 or 25 and alter the pattern as per your requirement.
You have to spare these 30 minutes for yourself if you cant go to gym for some reason, no excuse.
PS: I did not design this workout. I saw it on Athlean X channel some time back. I couldn't find the link of the original video so just wrote out the whole thing. Thank me later.

If you have a problem sparing time for workout due to academic or professional work load, here is a simple workout which takes about 30 - 35 minutes and is quite effective:
20 push ups
(2 mins break)
18 push ups
(2 mins break)
16 push ups
(2 mins break)
14 push ups
(2 mins break)
12 push ups
(2 mins break)
10 push ups
(3 mins break)
12 push ups
(3 mins break)
14 push ups
(3 mins break)
16 push ups
(3 mins break)
18 push ups
(3 mins break)
20 push ups.
End of workout.
