⚡️ Pavel Durov has been placed under judicial supervision, he is prohibited from leaving France and must post bail in the amount of €5,000,000 — Paris prosecutor's office. ⚖️ Now Durov must report to the police twice a week , as a result of the trial he could face up to 10 years in prison, the basis of the charge is that Telegram provides encrypted communication and does not respond to legal requests. The preliminary investigation into the Telegram case in France was opened in February 2024.
