The #sacral gives you in the moment guidance - but if your Sacral is defined, make sure to wait to take action on your Sacral responses until you have checked in a few times through your emotional ebbs and flows. The key to remember here is that your Sacral will only respond to yes/no questions or yes/no opportunities. You can have somebody practice asking you a series of yes or no questions so you can tune in and see what your Sacral ‘yes’ feels like and what your Sacral ‘no’ feels like. Look at your authority and see if you have ever said this to others. Especially if you are a coach, mentor or leader. Not everyone is meant to make decisions like you. And sometimes you have been conditioned by others so you might not be making decisions correctly for yourself, and then you tell others to make decisions that way too. It can be a recipe for disaster. I love that Human Design shows me how others operate so I can encourage them in the way that is correct for them. What’s your authority?
