Devotees gathered earlier this evening at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir to celebrate Jal Jhilani Ekadashi and Ganesh Visarjan. Pujan was performed and Thaal was offered before the Arti of both Shri Ganeshji and Shri Akshar Purushottam Maharaj was performed after which the Visarjan of Shri Ganeshji took place. 🗓 Jal-Jhilani Ekadashi is the mid-point of the holy Chaturmas, with many devotees observing a waterless fast on this auspicious day, as per Shastriji Maharaj's agna. ⛵️ The day is also a celebration that involves placing small murtis of Akshar-Purushottam Maharaj in a boat, offering thal, performing five artis, and then sailing the murtis through a river, pond, or small body of water. 🛕 Join us at Leicester Mandir on Saturday to celebrate this inspiring festival.
