Jay Swãminãrãyan, We are embarking on a personal development programme that has been designed to nurture and equip our volunteers with transformative soft skills and core personal competencies, allowing them to not only serve the Sanstha with greater efficacy and passion but to also flourish in every aspect of their personal and professional lives. This is a 3-year programme, with monthly session on a Friday - dates will be given in advance. Participants need to be between the age of 12-40.
