Anyone who has been to college in the last 2 decades, know very well it's the Chinese, now it's Chinese and indians. Not much changes in life

In my period as an educator, this was something we all talked about behind closed doors. International students were by far the most likely to cheat; Chinese being the worst perpetrators by far. Cheating on everything from tests, projects, essays, you name it, they cheated on it; hiring “tutors” that actually completed the bulk of their work at a high caliber level you’d expect from a university graduate student. Sometimes pretending to be the student to sit exams. Being not quite as quietly as they thought they were feeding answers to students during Skype/Zoom meetings with teachers (and, again, being impostors during them thinking the white teacher would just think all Chinese look the same, but it invariably backfired). One of the harshest critics of these students, and their equally devious parents (really just mothers), was a woman of Chinese heritage born and raised in Canada but who taught in China for a few years and came back completely jaded about the Chinese; seeing them as the most immoral grifters always grinding for a better grade/deal for their kids and incessant in their demands to the point she grew to despise them. Ultimately, we had to institute much stricter safeguards because of all this; what we unofficially called the Chinese rule, which we all swore never to say in public as of the severe backlash against us, not against the students who were cheating or their manipulative mothers, just us as the mean spirited racists. So seeing this information here is not really a surprise to me other than it doesn’t provide a racial breakdown, other than saying entire classes were in Chinese, which is a pretty good clue who is the problem. The Liberals who created this mess is trying their best to clean it up just enough so people forget who is responsible, while the Conservative party creates " common sense " solutions to these problems.
