In view of the 100 day program starting tomorrow (20th to 26th) you are requested to take up the following activities. 1. Pl note that the two critical aspects of the program are a) door to door explanation by sachivalayam employees on the achievements of 100 days as described in the pamphlet b) MLA/incharge to visit 1 village per day in one mandal for 7 days  and conduct prajavedika explaining the program. Hence following critical activities are to be done 2. ⁠Mapping of HHs with Sectt employees over the 7 day period should be done and send to GSWS. 2. Sachivalayam staff will go to each HH with pamphlets and door stickers. They will explain the contents of pamphlet. 3. Hon Ministers / MLAs have been suggested to conduct a gram Sabha (prajavedika) in each mandal in their respective constituency on each day of the program - Please speak to Hon Public Representatives and obtain the schedule of locations they prefer to conduct prajavedika    4. Stickers are currently under print in your district. Pamphlets for distribution are under preparation and will be shared shortly with you. Pamphlets should be immediately send to print. 5. You should ensure that sufficient  material (pamphlet + door sticker) is positioned in each Sachivalayam by tmrw morning 9 am. Please ensure that at least 3-4 days’ worth supplies are stationed by tmrw morning. Rest of the material supply can reach the Sachivalayams by tmrw evening. 6. Please appoint special officers at Village level and mandal level to oversee the program. 7. Difference between local and non local and nativity. Info to all government employees : 1. Nativity అంటే మీరు పుట్టి పెరిగిన ఊరు అని అర్ధం కాదు. జనరల్ గా ఏ ఎంప్లాయ్ అయినా ఒకే ప్లేస్ లో 5 సంవత్సరాలు కంటే ఎక్కువ పని చేయకూడదు అనే నిబంధన పెట్టడానికి కారణం ఏ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి అయినా వారు ఉద్యోగం చేయు ప్రదేశం లో నే ఉండాలి అన్న నిబంధన ఉన్నది. ఒకే ప్లేస్ లో ఎక్కువ సంవత్సరాలు ఉంటే అక్కడ ప్రజలకి బాగా దగ్గర అయ్యి  పనిలో సోమరితనంతో పాటు అవినీతికి ఎక్కువ ఆస్కారం ఉండవచ్చు. రెవిన్యూ రూల్స్ ప్రకారం ఏ వ్యక్తి అయితే ఒక ప్రదేశం లో 5 సంవత్సరాలు ఉంటే వారి nativity అదే అవుతుంది ఈ కారణం చేత ప్రతి 5 సంవత్సరాలకి తప్పనిసరిగా ఆ ప్లేస్ లో ట్రాన్స్ఫర్ G.O. వచ్చినపుడు మొదట 5 సంవత్సరాలు నిండిన వారిని వేరే చోటుకు బదిలీ చేయుదురు. 2. Local and non local ఎడ్యుకేషన్ 6 వ తరగతి nunchi 10వ తరగతి వరకు ఏ జిల్లా లో అయితే చదివారో క్లాస్ 4 ఉద్యోగస్తులకి అది వారి యొక్క లోకల్ జిల్లా అవుతుంది మిగత జిల్లాలకి వీరు నాన్ లోకల్ వారు అవుతారు రిమైనింగ్ గజిటెడ్ పోస్ట్ లకి జోన్స్ వారి గా లోకల్ నాన్ లోకల్ పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటారు
