A love for reading opens doors to a world of imagination and discoveries 📖💫 Our teachers from My First Skool at Blk 487 Segar Road invited the children to dress up as their favourite storybook characters and bring their stories to life! With parents joining us, it was a perfect blend of learning and bonding, making reading a cherished shared experience for all. 🤗

We don’t just teach children their ABCs; we also guide them in developing essential lifestyle habits. 😉🥗 Our continuous partnership with the Health Promotion Board (@hpbsg) ensures that our little ones at My First Skool learn the importance of balanced diets, regular exercise, and good hygiene from an early age. Our little ones at Blk 443A Fajar Road enjoyed a puppet show that taught them about healthy nutrition, followed by an interactive session where they created their own Healthy Plate. To top it off, they prepared nutritious sandwiches using low-sugar strawberry jam and wholemeal bread, making healthy choices both fun and delicious! 🥪✨

Children develop strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through early peer interactions, and our word games like Word Bingo and Word Swat are essential tools in this process too! 📚🎉 Our teachers prepare activities like this to help our little ones enhance their literacy by identifying high-frequency words in engaging ways. More NDP celebrations ahead! 🇸🇬🤩 Our little ones showcased their creativity and love for Singapore by designing a large birthday card. They also proudly recited the Singapore pledge and learned more about iconic local landmarks through puzzles prepared by their teachers. Our teachers guided our infants in exploring the Singapore flag and learning about its colours and symbols. It was indeed a heartwarming and joyous celebration of Singapore’s 59th birthday. 🥳 From all of us at My First Skool, Happy National Day to our beloved Singapore and to all fellow Singaporeans! 🇸🇬❤️

Dressed in red, our little ones from My First Skool at 51 Fernvale Link and Blk 49 Rivervale Crescent are bursting with excitement for National Day! 🎉🇸🇬 Our teachers made the celebration even more fun with activities like hopscotch, relay games, and Zumba. The children even grooved along to National Day songs with August, the beloved National Day Parade mascot. Special thanks to mindefsg and @ndpeeps for celebrating with us! To help children understand numeracy concepts, our teachers from My First Skool at Blk 82 Strathmore Avenue had another fun method up their sleeves! 🎉 They designed an outdoor obstacle course where our little ones jumped and sorted counters by colours. This engaging activity not only reinforced sorting skills but also enhanced gross motor development.🌟🧩 By curating multi-sensory activities in different environments, we help our children to learn through play and actively support their physical and cognitive growth. 🚀🌈

Warmest congratulations to 3 of our My First Skool preschool educators for clinching the prestigious Ministry for Home Affairs Minister’s Public Spiritedness Award at the 2024 Home Team National Day Observance Ceremony. 🧡 Kudos to Principal Shanthi, English Teacher Sya, and Chinese Teacher Ting Ting from My First Skool at Jalan Sultan for their heroic actions that led to the saving of lives and prevention of crime or damage to property. This award recognises their bravery and unwavering commitment to public safety. Among the 49 recipients this year, we are exceptionally proud of their dedication to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our preschool children and protecting Singapore.

Our children from My First Skool at Blk 656C Jurong West had fun working together to control their Bee-Bot, a tech-enabled toy, through various missions. The little ones designed and directed the movement of the Bee-Bot using a series of instructions, planning each move carefully. Such engaging activities not only help our children understand directions and sequences but also reinforced the importance of teamwork. It was great to see their ideas come to life through cooperation and creativity.
