Not content with taking away the winter fuel allowance from pensioners, maintaining the two child benefit cap and scrapping the single person council tax discount for single people. Starmer now wants to make life even tougher for those already struggling with high energy bills by hiking up water bills in order to bail out Thames Water! Another consequence of the privatisation of water and sewage regulators, selling off our regional water authorities to greedy profiteers resulting in high bills, substandard water supplies and sewage in our rivers.
The Workers Party of Britain demands that water and sewage companies in Britain be taken back into public ownership where they belong.

Sir Kid Starver well and truly living up to his name. A shocking indictment that 10,000 children are living in poverty in Britain in 2024. Yet rather than try and alleviate the issues causing children to be in this situation, they decide to maintain the hated two child benefit cap imposed by Tory Chancellor George Osborne in 2015, punishing families for having the audacity to have more than two children and condemning that entirely blameless child or children into poverty just for being born.
