What a sloppy "criminal" they were to have left all the evidence lying around

So, yesterday at 16:32, I received a notification that said someone had logged into my work account. I am already 99% sure about who did it โ I have some hard evidence, but I haven't contacted that person, as I want to give them a chance to come forward first. Otherwise, the guy will face the consequences.

The entire process of aluminium can recycling takes place for a six-week period and involves eleven steps starting with the transportation of disposed cans, and ending with the final production of brand-new cans.
First, used aluminium tins disposed by people are collected and transported with garbage trucks to a recycling facility. All these delivered cans are accumulated inside a large warehouse, where they stay till the washing step. Once taken to the washing station, high-pressure water is applied onto these cans to wash the dirt and other impurities off of them. After these cans are rinsed clean, they are moved into a crusher, which flattens them and breaks them into tiny metal pieces. After these flecks of aluminium are processed, they are then exposed to a chemical mixture so that any paint or ink on them is washed off. At the subsequent stage, these metal pieces are heated until they melt into liquid before being poured into a mould, the inner part of which has the shape of the desired end-product. This stage of moulding is then followed by a process of weighing, during which each can is weighed to check for inconsistencies in the weights of tins. In the final step, brand-new cans are rolled out on the conveyor belt, ready to enter the consumption cycle once again.

Here are some useful chunks of language:
1. An increasingly common phenomenon
2. High-calorie food options
3. To resolve an issue
4. To make a difference in a fight against obesity
5. Purchasing decisions
6. Affluent nations
7. Afore-mentioned limitations
8. State intervention
9. To yield permanent results

More and more people are becoming seriously overweight. Some people say that the price increase of fattening foods will solve this problem.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Obesity is becoming an increasingly common phenomenon, and there are some who argue that this issue can be resolved by making high-calories food options more expensive. In my opinion, such a policy would be entirely ineffective.
There are several reasons why price increases can fail to make a difference in a fight against obesity. First, the majority of fattening products, especially sweets and soda are highly addictive, and cause cravings. This means that increased prices of these products can do little to change the purchasing decisions of the โaddictsโ, as cravings are hard to suppress. Moreover, obesity rates are much higher in affluent nations like the USA than in poor ones such as Bangladesh. The rich are never price-sensitive, and would not be influenced by the rises in the cost of their favorite fattening snacks, which further proves the ineffectiveness of such a pricing policy.
Given the afore-mentioned limitations of pricing policies, more effective ways of dealing with obesity such as through state intervention should be employed. For instance, the government can fund media campaigns designed to educate the general public, more specifically those struggling with excessive weight, about basic nutrition and a healthy diet. These initiatives can include TV and radio programs which feature renowned dieticians who share with their practical advice regarding long-term weight loss. Another measure the authorities can take is making gyms more accessible for the overweight. This can be achieved by subsidizing a part of the gym membership for such people so that they can start working out. Educating and incentivizing the population to exercise in these ways are more likely to yield more permanent and longer-term results.
In conclusion, making high-calories fattening food items costlier can scarcely counter the rising obesity levels. In comparison, measures such as educating the population about health eating habits and encouraging the overweight to sign up for gyms are far more effective solutions.
