Good morning! How are you feeling? Last night we had a lot of release energy come in and this could show up in many different ways. For me it showed up very physically. My body was sore. I had a lot of drainage from my head. I had a lot of lower belly upset all kinds of stuff, but this is a big release of old energy trying to leave your system.
