Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (SGX: JYEU), or LREIT for short, invests in income producing real estate properties used for retail or office purposes. As of 30 June 2024, its portfolio comprises Jem, 313@Somerset, along with a stake in Parkway Parade, and a multifunctional event space on a site adjacent to 313@Somerset in Singapore, along with an office property in Milan, Italy (in the Sky Complex). In this video presentation, you will find a review of the Singapore-listed REIT's performances over the last 4 financial years (the REIT was listed only in October 2019, so you will find its full-year statistics between FY2020/21 ended 30 June 2021 and FY2023/24 ended 30 June 2024) in terms of its financial figures, portfolio occupancy and debt profile, as well as its distribution payout to unitholders. Additionally, you will also find my technical analysis of the REIT's unit price movements since its listing on a weekly timeframe, along with some of the key price points and corresponding distribution yields I have identified.
