The Australian Government is legislating a ban on a citizen’s ability to question or criticise the “efficacy” of preventative health measures (such as lockdowns, pharmaceutical products, curfews and public health orders) online. If preventative health measures are so effective – shouldn’t that be self-evident? The Government is saying that they believe that every single preventative health measure is effective and that anything to the contrary is “serious harm”. Does the Government expect the thousands of Australians who are seriously injured by preventative health measures in Australia every year not to talk about it? Does the Government think Australians are so stupid that only they can determine what is effective and what is not effective and that they have to turn the citizens’ ability to question this into a crime? If passed by stealth and ambush, which looks likely, the new law will render people criminals for simply questioning the efficacy of Government policies. Welcome to Australia in 2024.

One thing is for sure; the World Health Organisation, funded primarily by the pharmaceutical industry, does not have any credibility when it comes to emergency management. If Governments and international bureaucrats really cared about “health”, they would focus on the two primary causes of disease, being; Lifestyle factors; and Contact with poisons present in the water we drink, the air we breathe, the food we eat, and yes, the ‘medicines’ we ingest into our bodies. But the WHO’s funders wouldn’t have much to do if they did. Luckily, as individuals, it is totally within our power to take care of our own health. I don’t trust anybody that says “trust the science”. Apart from science having absolutely nothing to do with trust, which science do you want us to trust? The science that repeatedly tells us Sydney’s drinking water is safe, before later admitting it is filled with carcinogenic chemicals? How about the science that created ultra-processed foods and beverages and adds/manipulates ingredients to make them addictive? How about the science that was instrumental in the OxyContin pandemic? What about the science that first developed addictive and carcinogenic cigarettes, then offered another carcinogenic substance to help people quit, and finally developed vapes? How about the science that produces baby powders contaminated with asbestos? What about the science that illegally experimented on humans in multiple instances throughout history, particularly in underprivileged communities and poor countries? How about the science that devised eugenics programs and nuclear and biological weapons? Science is a framework for testing hypotheses and ideas. It does not deserve our ‘trust’, it deserves our absolute scrutiny and discretion. At law, many people don’t realise that insurance companies are held to a higher standard than many other corporations in Australia. Part II of the Insurance Contract Act 1984 (Cth) implies a duty of utmost good faith into all aspects of the relationship between an insurance company and the insured person. A breach of this duty is a breach of contract, as well as a breach of the legislation, and it exists at common law as well as in statute. It is a stringent duty.
