السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ANNOUNCEMENT: COLLECTION OF TRANSCRIPT AND CERTIFICATES FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS SEMESTER 3, 2023/2024 Attention to all Graduating Students, The Office of the Deputy Dean for Academic and Internationalisation (ODDAI) is pleased to announce that transcripts are now available ONLY for graduating students in the program: 1. Foundation in Allied Health Sciences (ALLHS/CALHS) 2. Foundation in Dentistry (DENTI) 3. Foundation of Medicine (MEDIC/CMED) 4. Foundation in Nursing (NUS/CNUS) 5. Foundation in Pharmacy (PMACY) Transcript Collection: • Graduating students in the stated program can collect their transcripts from the Office of the Deputy Dean for Academic and Internationalisation. The details are as follows: DATE/DAY TIME VENUE: 26th – 29th August 2024 Monday - Thursday 10.00am – 1.00pm (Morning Session) 2.00pm – 5.00pm (Afternoon Session) ODDAI Ibn Sina Buidling 30th August 2024 Friday 10.00am – 12.15pm (Morning Session) 2.45pm – 5.00pm (Afternoon Session) • Please bring a valid student matric card or IC for verification. • To collect credentials (transcript and certificate) on someone's behalf, please fill out the form and bring a copy of the matric card or IC (student and representative) together with the form. The form can be found on the last page of the PDF. Other Programs: • Transcripts for other programs are currently under development and will be available soon. • Students requiring urgent transcripts for specific purposes may contact Sr. Nuratikah, [email protected].
