በፌደራል ፍርድ ቤቶች አዋጅ ቁጥር 1234/2013 አንቀጽ 26 ስር እንደተደነገገው አምስት ዳኞች በተሰየሙበት የሰበር ችሎት የተሰጠን ትርጉም በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ማሻሻል አስፈላጊ ሆኖ ሲገኝ ከሰባት ያላነሱ ዳኞች በተሰየሙበት የሰበር ችሎት እንዲታይ እንደሚደረግ እና በዚህ መልኩ የሚሰጠው የህግ ትርጉም ውሳኔው ከተሰጠበት ቀን ጀምሮ በማናቸውም ደረጃ ለሚገኝ የፌደራል ወይም የክልል ፍርድ ቤት አስገዳጅ እንደሚሆን ተመልክቷል፡፡
በዚህ መሰረት በ2015ዓ.ም እና 2016 ዓ.ም ከሰባት ያላነሱ ዳኞች በተሰየሙበት የሰበር ችሎት ውሳኔ የተሰጠባቸውን ጉዳዮች

The Ethiopian National Bank has approved a new directive enabling the country's 32 banks and 16 insurance companies to establish investment banks. Announced by Dr. Brook Taye at the 21st Ethiopian Economic International Conference on July 12, 2016, the directive aims to facilitate the creation of investment banks under the Ethiopian Capital Market's regulation. It includes restrictions, such as limiting banks to holding no more than a ten percent share in non-banking business activities.
