ON TRYING TO ESCAPE APP TRACKING A subscriber of GLOBAL DEPTH who is a three year user of a Samsung phone downloaded Duck Duck Go for its app tracker blocking service, but is using Yandex browser because of a dislike of Google. Whenever this subscriber gets a notice on the phone from DDG that Android has disabled its app tracker, it means re-opening DDG and reconnecting the app tracker. Then, according to this subscriber's testimony, on DDG (Duck Duck Go) you can see the websites involved in tracking you. The biggest are always Facebook and Google. All other apps from that dreaded play store also disconnect app tracking. Does anyone know of a secure app that provides secure VPN as well as blocking of these app trackers? The subscriber's recommendation was to do your own experiment by checking all those involved by tracking you. Start with DDG because they are the only ones showing you who these websites are. Also, it should not be from the afore-mentioned play store because everything found there is unreliable, but should from an independent like Telegram. The subscriber mentioned expressing concern to Yandex about all this and requesting them to become independent like Telegram. Though waiting for Yandex to do so, the subscriber had no reservations in recommending Yandex as a great browser and worth trying out because there is so much to love about it.
