Things to do when you are lonely
1. Pray
Prayer done with a good recitation helps calm down your mind, reduce anxiety and stress.
2. Journal
Open a sheet of paper, and start writing down what is going on in your head. Analyze events, mistakes that have happened in the last week/month/ year, write down why they happened and how can you do to improve.
3. Find something that keeps you busy.
It could be a work in your home, or at the learning center, or in the cafe(doesnt rly matter). It helps you distract from people a lot and actually get some income(if paid) for some of your daily expanses.
4. Go visit your grandparents
This will definitely help as you feel more secure and free being around with your loved ones.
