Mr "Pass-The-Cord" AKA "The Byrd is The Word" finally realizes the political pressure around having illegal immigrants on the Florida voter rolls. I brought up the issue nearly 2 years ago and we finally gave up and called for his resignation last December when Mr Byrd did ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and said there was nothing he could do about it. But then ended by saying, he didn't think it was a big deal. I always wondered how he knew it was not a big deal, if what he claimed about having no way to check was true. It was confirmed by multiple county SOEs since then that all citizen checks were "supposedly" being done in Tallahassee. The SOEs were instructed to let anyone who filled out the voter application to register to vote. Then we were gaslit for more than 3 years that Florida is a the gold standard and we reported faster than any other state. Like it said before... pretty easy to report the totals, when you know what they are going to be in advance. We don't have elections in Florida. The control over where parents send their kids to school is unreal. I don't know how they are figuring a lot of ESA money isn't being spent. Many school tuition is more expensive than the amount we get in ESA. The parents I know use just about all their ESA to educate their students in academics, sports, music and other activities offered to public school students and not to private or homeschool students. This article is very misleading. I use ESA. We barely have enough money to cover tuition. What about the inappropriate spending by the public school where they require half the Arizona State budget. We run the entire state on half the revenue the state brings in. The other half, the public schools take.
