There’s some tough news I became aware of this morning that I was not expecting at all. I didn't want to say anything, but it appears it's been spread and the sources confirmed it. A good friend of mine, one of probably 2-3 people who knew me before I was ever Penn, before I had a Twitter or any groups has passed away. To understand my journey in this space, JayHay was a key role in that. I looked up to him as an advisor for many years, back when I barely knew wtf I was doing as a COO of a project in 2020 he was always a voice of hard truth but never hard to the point it felt mean, he was always there to offer advice and pitch in. We became friends afterwards, and I always looked up to him as "that guy" like HE had the real alpha. As the years went on and I got more and more adept at this crypto shit, we became even better friends, he was a cornerstone in 4da. Got to the point we started building stuff together, late night convos about family and what life means. So much of the Lendx structure was from those late night convos between me and Jay. Even now, we just talked about getting a group call setup to revive it again, if you check the twitter you might notice all the tweets are deleted as him and I had talked just this week about the next steps. This hurts man, senseless act of violence took away a good man who loved his mother and sister dearly and made so many sacrifices for them. Sending up a prayer tonight for his family. Gonna miss you a bunch man
