Parents want to achieve balance between family and career but only a few manage to achieve it. What do you think is the reason? Discuss possible solutions and provide examples. Striking the balance between work and family is a dream of many parents, yet most fail to do so. While there is a compelling reason behind it, several procedures can be implemented to help people spend more quality time with their children. Although the majority of parents, especially young parents, aim to distribute their time equally between their family and career, they spend disproportionately more time at work for a simple reason – the ever-growing cost of living. Nowadays, basic commodities and housing costs have been rising at an unprecedented rate that both parents should work for increasingly longer hours to meet their and their children’s primary needs. Some, for instance, work two shifts or seek employment in multiple workplaces at the same time. As a consequence, they cannot spend a sufficient amount of time with their kids and console themselves by believing that they are working more for the sake of their children’s bright future. However, there are a number of policies that can be introduced to fix this issue. One of them is that the government should offer tax exemptions, or at least reductions, and subsidies for families with kids under a certain age. It would ease the financial burdens of parents; thus, they would afford working less and expend the saved amount of time on their family and kids. Besides, the government can enforce the legislation that limits the amount of time young parents can work. It can issue fines, say, for working more than 8 hours. Eventually, parents would understand that their willingness to work more and earn more can backfire if they are fined. In conclusion, the escalating living costs may prevent most parents from maintaining a work-life balance, but government subsidies and tax relief along with time restrictions at work can solve this challenge. 22 min 299 words #task2 #parviz_writes #interesting #Nice

Minimalist Workout I've lately been off the gym for around 3 months. Yet, I am planning to slowly get back to it and trying to find some spare time in my hectic rountine. This style proves to be a sustainable, effecient option for those who consider workout a part of their everyday life. For the onset, I'll go as minimalistic as possible since, this wat, I can save a vast amount of time and gain virtually as much as I would if I went fully in. I'll split my workout into 2 full-body days/ a week but try to target as many muscle groups as possible by shifting focus from isolation exercises to compound ones. Each workout, on average, will last 45-55 min - ideally, under 1 hour. However, I'll be measuring the progress and comparing it to the previous year's when I was going wild with my workout regime. For the upcoming weeks, I might shoot amateur videos on my training.

No, I didn't! I, rather, define life differently from the majority of people out there. The conventional wisdom states that we live once and should enjoy it as much as we can, encouraging us to run a lifestyle full of diversions, entertainment and satisfaction in any form: drugs, drinks, girls, night clubs, and etc. No way! If I lived such a life, I would have no difference from a lady with her sugar daddy. Even though most forgot about it, men are built differently: they are meant to struggle and grow through this struggle. We are here to provide a bunch of fundamental things: stability, safety, shelter, and various resources. In a nutshell, we are here to create a comfort zone for others under our provision rather than getting into a comfort zone someone created. Life is meant to be challenging, dump... It is a black and white movie for us. No colors.
Unless it is hard, it is not worth trying living.
No hard feelings. #no
