She has a social workers education lol. So marvina brings them and distributes the funds, mayor Rue complains, declared an emergency, and has petitioned the government to invest millions into housing the migrants, seems legit, until we see the reason why. Mayor Rue, owns 63 properties in Springfield, he has converted every one of his houses to "migrant centers". Each 3 bedroom 800 dollar a month rental now contains 25 cots, rented to Haitians for 800 dollars a month per bed, paid directly by uncle Sam to Mayor Rue. That's 1.2 million dollars, per month. However it doesn't stop there, he got all of them contract jobs they cannot quit, and charges 25 dollars per day per haitian for transport to work, he charges the federal goverment 250 per Haitian per week for food and household goods, which he Is seemingly getting for free from charities who are billing the feds, and the rabbit hole just goes deeper. Marvina provides them English lessons and other services on location that she bills the feds for.
