I got the transcript of the Jacob Dix "tiki-torch" trial in Charlottesville. It's quite something. Mr. Dix and his lawyer, Peter Frazier, did an outstanding job revealing this for what these prosecutions are: a malicious political attack without any legal or moral justification. The highlight of the transcript is Antifa goon Edward Gorcenski getting wrecked on the witness stand. He ruined the case for the prosecution. His testimony supported my theory that the University of Virginia, the prosecutor's office, and Antifa are all working together. These laughable and abusive charges were brought because UVA got egg on it's face and wanted pay-back. The next trial is Augustus Invictus' on October 8-11. It won't be as easy. This time, the prosecutors are highly-motivated political hacks. Jim Hingeley and Lawton Tufts are unlikely to make the same mistakes as the last prosecutor.
