This number is deceptive because most of the money going to other countries is because of Israel. Egypt only gets that money as a bribe from the system to not fight Israel. Afghanistan and Iraq were both destroyed by the system on Israels behalf and needed money pumped back into them to rebuild. All that military spending in Afghanistan most likely came during their war against the Soviet Union in the 80s and was turned off after. Turkey is only fed so that they keep Israel's main enemy Iran in check, that's why most of their money is in military aid.
