استخدام polyester mylar strip فى class III composite restoration مفيد جدا وسهل الاستخدام وبيعطى نتائج جيدة 👍👍 لكن فيه clinical trick لازم تاخد بالك منها وانت بتستخدم ال mylar strip وهى 👇 ان ال mylar strip بتكون flat وليس convex لكن ال proximal wall بيكون convex بالتالى لازم نحول شكلها ل convex shape ✌️ نقدر نعمل كده باننا نشد ال strip على شئ round مثل مثلا rounded end of tweezer or mirror handle✅️✅️ لو معملناش كده وتركناها flat هتكون النتيجة flat proximal surface زى ما هو متوضح فى الصورة المرفقة وده خطأ كبير ❌️❌️ المعلومة دى هتلاقيها موجودة في صفحة رقم ١٢٢ من كتاب operative lessons 📚📚 اطلب نسختك المطبوعه الملونه من الكتاب تصلك فى اقرب وقت 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♂️ #operative_lessons
