There's a "magical" indicator called the Put/Call ratio, and according to some experienced colleagues, it's signaling that we're f@ckd in for a crash. Right now, it's at a level similar to when Iran launched missiles or during the "Red Monday" on August 5th. What is it?

The PCR reflects the trading volume of PUT options relative to CALL options.
